PRE-TREATMENT INSTRUCTIONS
Contraindications
-Pregnancy
-Breastfeeding
-Topical antibiotic/steroid use within the last 7 days
-Retinol, Retin-A, AHA/BHA, Enzymes, Vitamin C, or any active ingredient use within the last 7 days
-Accutane use within the last 6 months
-Active cold sore or fever blister
-Vaccines or flu shots within the last 2 weeks
-Prolonged sun exposure or sun burns within the last 7 days
-Skin infection/disease
-Blood thinner use within the last 7 days
Preparing for your appointment
• Use DITOX twice daily (morning and night) starting 5 days before your appointment.
• Please arrive with a clean face or arrive 15 minutes early and let the front desk know so they can assist you.
POST-TREATMENT INSTRUCTIONS
• Immediately after your treatment, swelling, “pinkness” and sunburn sensation is normal and can last from several hours to up to 1-2 days. Your skin may feel dry, tight, sensitive to touch.
• Do not apply any topicals other than exosomes, as directed, for 6 hours after your treatment.
• Sleep on your back for the first night.
• You may use ice and cold air for discomfort during this period. You can also take over the counter Ibuprofen for discomfort.
• Avoid strenuous activity, sun exposure, sweating, sauna, jacuzzi, hot showers for up to 3 days or longer if your skin still feels sensitive.
• If you are prone to fever blisters, please make sure to let us know so we can call in an antiviral for you to take during your treatment.
• You can wear makeup the day following your treatment.

Day 2-5: Cleanse with a gentle cleanser, apply REPAIR in AM, followed by sunscreen. Bronze micro spots (stamp marks) can be seen. Do not pick, scratch or scrub. Can cover with makeup. Repeat cleansing at night and apply REPAIR again.
Day 6-10: Pigment will start to soften, flake and fade. You may start all of your regular products after using exosomes REPAIR for 5 days.
