Vincent Marino, MD – Medical Director
Dr. Vincent Marino is a seasoned expert in cosmetic medicine, serving as a Medical Director and practitioner in the field for over 15 years. With more than three decades of experience in medicine, Dr. Marino previously held leadership roles as President of Scottsdale Emergency Associates and Chief of Emergency Medicine at Scottsdale Healthcare Hospitals.
Drawing on his extensive clinical background, Dr. Marino brings a unique depth of knowledge to cosmetic treatments. He has worked with a wide range of medical devices and injectable therapies, giving him a clear understanding of what these tools can realistically deliver in terms of patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Dr. Marino is distinguished by his independent, evidence-based approach. He is not affiliated with or influenced by any manufacturer or representative, allowing him to recommend treatments based solely on what’s best for each individual patient. His qualifications, training, and decades of hands-on experience make him a trusted authority in the ever-evolving landscape of aesthetic medicine.
Dr. Boyer, N.M.D - Medical Director
Dr. Boyer is the Medical Director and a highly trained physician specializing in longevity and aesthetic medicine. Born and raised in El Paso, Texas, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Biology from the University of Texas at El Paso. She went on to receive her Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine in 2003 from the Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine and Health Sciences in Tempe, Arizona. Furthering her dedication to integrative health, she earned a Master’s degree in Acupuncture from the Phoenix Institute of Herbal Medicine and Acupuncture in 2006.

With over two decades of clinical experience, Dr. Boyer has built her career around helping patients optimize both health and appearance. She specializes in bio-identical hormone therapy, advanced oxygen therapies, pain management, medical weight loss, and aesthetic treatments for the face and body. Her extensive training includes advanced certifications in Botox® Cosmetic, Dysport®, Juvéderm™, Radiesse®, Sculptra®, threadlift techniques, and non-surgical skin rejuvenation using laser technologies. She has performed thousands of hours of non-invasive cosmetic procedures, making her a recognized expert in the field.

As Medical Director, Dr. Boyer also brings a strong background in dermatology, minor surgery, and clinical nutrition. She holds a certification in skin cancer detection from the University of Queensland in Australia and is passionate about combining science, wellness, and artistry in her approach to patient care. Her personal commitment to fitness and weightlifting further complements her holistic view of health.

Musinka (Muschi), RN, CLT

Musinka—known affectionately as Muschi—is the visionary founder of LaVida Medical Aesthetics, established in 2011. A Registered Nurse and Certified Laser Technician, Muschi brings decades of experience and innovation to the field of medical aesthetics. She graduated from the University of Alberta School of Nursing and has since dedicated her career to advancing safe, results-driven aesthetic care.

Muschi began her aesthetics journey in the mid-1990s while working in dermatology with Dr. Bruce Maltz in San Mateo, California. She was part of the early wave of practitioners using Botox® in 1995 and injecting collagen and fat long before today’s modern dermal fillers were available. Her career has grown alongside the industry itself—giving her a rare depth of knowledge and historical perspective that few can match.

Abby, RN, BSN
Abby is a board-certified Registered Nurse who brings a compassionate, client-focused approach to the world of aesthetic medicine. An Arizona native, Abby began her academic journey at Arizona State University, where she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. She later pursued her passion for healthcare by earning a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Brookline College.

Abby’s nursing career began in the fast-paced environment of the Emergency Department, where she spent seven years honing her clinical skills and delivering high-quality care under pressure. In 2018, she transitioned into aesthetic nursing and quickly fell in love with the field. Since then, Abby has specialized in cosmetic injectables, combining her medical expertise with a keen eye for natural beauty.

Rae holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business from Michigan State University and later pursued her passion for healthcare by becoming a Registered Nurse. She further specialized in Aesthetics, dedicating herself to mastering the art and science of cosmetic nursing.

Rachelle began her nursing career in the cardiovascular ICU and dialysis, where she spent seven years providing acute care. During this time, she developed a strong fascination with wound and skin care, which naturally led her to transition into the aesthetic industry in 2017.
