Our History
LaVida Medspa began in 2011 as Refresh Skin Laser Center, founded by Registered Nurse Muschi in Chandler, Arizona. What started with just a few rented treatment rooms quickly grew into something much bigger. After purchasing the neighboring LaVida Massage business, the practice became LaVida Massage and Medspa.
In 2015, we expanded again by purchasing Cosmos Salon and Spa in Mesa. As demand for our medspa services continued to grow, we opened our dedicated Mesa medspa location next door in 2021. Today, we proudly serve clients from both Chandler and Mesa while remaining focused on what we do best: face, neck, and skin rejuvenation.
